Does TradingView have to be open to get alerts?
TradingView alerts are server-side, which means all alerts are created and triggered on our servers. You can close TradingView or exit the chart page and alerts will continue working on your devices.
Make sure that you are logged in using your correct credentials. Make sure that push notifications are enabled for the TradingView app. Make sure that the TradingView app is whitelisted in the Autorun manager (it must be installed on your device). Try to re-login into the app.
